Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a comprehensive review of development projects and law-and-order measures at the Exhibition Center in Jhansi, emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and public welfare. During the meeting, he inaugurated the Sale Deed Management System under the Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA) to ensure transparent land acquisition processes, a key step toward fostering industrial growth in the region.
The Chief Minister issued clear directives to officials, mandating the appointment of nodal officers for development projects costing over ₹1 crore to oversee quality and timely completion. He instructed district magistrates to hold regular meetings with nodal officers to monitor progress. Highlighting Jhansi’s public health priorities, CM Yogi called for an accelerated campaign to make the district, with its nearly 20 lakh population, TB-free by the end of 2025. He urged public representatives to adopt TB patients, maintain continuous engagement, and support their treatment, ensuring community involvement in the initiative.
To enhance rural governance, Adityanath directed the activation of village secretariats across all gram panchayats in Jhansi, ensuring residents can access certificates and resolve issues locally without unnecessary delays. He also emphasized the welfare of stray cattle, ordering adequate fodder and care at destitute cattle shelters. Addressing infrastructure challenges, the Chief Minister instructed immediate repairs for roads damaged by heavy rainfall, noting that funds have been allocated to make roads pothole-free. Additionally, he stressed the need for efficient management of agricultural markets (mandis) to support farmers and streamline operations.
The initiatives reflect CM Yogi’s commitment to transforming Jhansi into a model of development, health, and administrative efficiency, aligning with Uttar Pradesh’s broader vision for progress and inclusive growth.
