Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today extended his best wishes to Right Hon. Mrs. Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of Nepal. He reaffirmed that India remains firmly committed to the peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Nepal.
In posts on X, he wrote:
“I extend my best wishes to Right Hon. Mrs. Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of Nepal. India remains firmly committed to the peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Nepal.”
India and Nepal had a traditional Relationship since ages, and India has always been a Well wisher for the Hill Nation, even though when Nepal slightly tilted its affiliation towards China in the recent past.
