Around 2,000 candidates report technical disruption in SSC Exam (CGLE 2025)

In response to numerous reports of technical glitches during the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 Tier-1, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has introduced a dedicated Feedback Portal to address candidates’ concerns

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that its recently introduced Feedback Portal for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 has garnered a strong response, with nearly 10,000 candidates sharing their exam experiences within the first week of its launch.

According to SSC officials, approximately 2,000 candidates highlighted technical issues faced during the Computer-Based Examination. The Commission is thoroughly reviewing each complaint through its Regional Offices. An official stated, “Cases verified as genuine disruptions will lead to affected candidates being offered a chance to retake the exam, with re-examinations planned on or before September 26, 2025.”

The SSC emphasized its dedication to ensuring a fair and transparent examination process. To date, 7.16 lakh candidates have successfully completed the CGLE across India. Notably, no examination shifts were canceled or rescheduled on September 19, reflecting a smooth operational day.

The CGLE remains one of India’s largest recruitment exams, attracting thousands of aspirants for central government positions. The Feedback Portal’s launch is viewed as a significant move toward a more responsive and candidate-focused system, enabling real-time issue resolution while upholding the examination’s credibility.
