Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas
Vice-President Shri CP Radhakrishnan unveiled two meticulously compiled volumes of selected speeches by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, titled Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas, on Monday. These volumes encapsulate the Prime Minister’s addresses from the fourth and fifth years of his second term, released during a special event hosted by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting in the capital. Marking his first public engagement since taking office, the Vice-President extended heartfelt Navratri greetings to the nation, setting an auspicious tone for the occasion.
Shri Radhakrishnan described the publications as essential guides to understanding the Prime Minister’s vision, contributions, and aspirations for India. He portrayed PM Modi as a “beacon of inspiration for millions at home and abroad,” a leader who motivates through personal example, evolving from a voice of the common people to a true champion of the masses. He praised Modi’s resolve to transform the unattainable into reality, embodying the spirit of turning Namumkin ko Mumkin and Asambhav ko Sambhav. The volumes feature 76 speeches and 12 Mann Ki Baat episodes for 2022-23, and 82 speeches with 9 Mann Ki Baat addresses for 2023-24, organized into 11 thematic categories, showcasing Modi’s clear vision, progressive outlook, and dedication to inclusive leadership. The Vice-President commended the Publications Division for their thoughtful curation and elegant design.
Drawing from Swami Vivekananda’s call to “Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached,” Shri Radhakrishnan noted that each speech reflects Modi’s unwavering focus on perseverance, determination, and societal well-being. He highlighted the Prime Minister’s commitment to ensuring government schemes reach every citizen, revitalizing India’s cultural heritage through initiatives like Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, Kashi Tamil Sangamam, Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas, and the renaming of Rajpath to Kartavya Path.

On youth development, he lauded programmes such as Startup India, Fit India, Khelo India, Skill India, and Rozgar Melas as cornerstones for a developed India by 2047, with Mera Yuva Bharat (My Bharat) fostering youth potential. Reflecting on India’s G20 Presidency, he celebrated the African Union’s permanent membership as a testament to Modi’s Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam philosophy—viewing the world as one family.
The Vice-President underscored Modi’s holistic engagement, from shaping global agendas to local transformations like Vocal for Local, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and PM-Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals. He spotlighted welfare schemes—Jan Dhan Yojana, Aadhaar-Mobile linkage, Direct Benefit Transfer, PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Lakhpati Didi, PM-KISAN, Mudra Yojana, and PM SVANidhi—which have lifted over 25 crore people from extreme poverty in a decade.
Rooted in India’s civilizational values of Dharma, Kartavya Bodh, and Seva Bhav, Modi’s leadership, the Vice-President said, builds a strong nation on character and unity, not just power. He cited the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’s transformation into a public movement and India’s steady rise from the Fragile Five to the world’s fourth-largest economy, soon to be third, driven by discipline and Rashtra Pratham (Nation First).
Shri Radhakrishnan viewed the renewed pride in heritage, history, language, and culture as a hallmark of Amrit Kaal, inspiring a Viksit Bharat by 2047. He congratulated the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and Publications Division for this effort. The event saw the presence of Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Shri Harivansh, Vice-President’s Secretary Shri Amit Khare, Information & Broadcasting Secretary Shri Sanjay Jaju, Press Council Chairperson Justice (Smt.) Ranjana Prakash Desai, MPs Shri Nihikant Dubey and Shri Yogesh Chandolia, and vice-chancellors from Delhi University, JNU, and other institutions, alongside prominent journalists.
